Air Conditioning and Heating
All rooms are equipped with individual remote controlled
units, allowing you to adjust the heating or cooling
to your preference.
Hairdryer
Hairdryers are located in the bathroom or in the wardrobe.
Internet and Email Access
The hotel offers both wireless and dial-up internet access.
For use of wireless internet, please contact Reception.
To access the internet via the telephone line in your
room, ensure your computer settings are changed from
tone dial to pulse or decadic. Your ISP (Internet Service
Provider) number needs to be changed by including 0,
(zero then ‘,’) before your ISP phone number.
Iron and Ironing Board
Selected rooms are equipped with an iron and ironing
board located in the wardrobe.
Mini Bar
Fully stocked mini bars are located in selected rooms.
Your mini bar will be replenished each day and usage
will be charged to your room account. On the morning
of your departure, please complete the mini bar docket
and indicate the last day’s consumption.
Telephone Calls
For local and STD telephone calls dial ‘0’ for
an outside line and wait for the dial tone before dialing
the number. For information on international codes, please
dial ‘0’ for an outside line, then ‘0103’ for
numbers and dialing codes.
Television
The following television channels are available in your
room: ABC, WIN TV, PRIME TV, SBS and SKY. There is a
dedicated free in house movie channel and a Quality Hotel
Mildura Grand channel.
