Grand Sports Bar has large screen
televisions for viewing sports broadcasts. Meals are available for lunch and dinner as well as bar snacks. Enjoy the social atmosphere of the bar frequented
by many local characters.
Grand Bottleshop
Takeaway wine and beverages are available from the Grand on
Deakin Drive In Bottleshop.
Breakfast
Your complimentary breakfast is served from 7am to 10am weekdays
and from 8am to 10am weekends and public holidays. If you are
departing prior to these times, an alternative arrangement
can be made by contacting Reception.
Room Service
The Hotel offers room service seven days a week from 7am to
midnight. Please see the room service menu located in the compendium.
Check Out
If you wish to extend your stay or depart later than 10am,
please contact Reception and we will endeavour to accommodate
your request.
Dry Cleaning
We offer a same day laundry and dry cleaning service for your
convenience. Please complete the laundry docket and deliver
to Reception before 9am. Dry cleaning is not available on weekends
or public holidays. Dry cleaning will be charged to your room
account.
Facsimile Machine
Please contact Reception if you wish to utilise this service.
Gift Vouchers
Quality Hotel Mildura Grand vouchers can be used at any of
the Mildura Grand Hotel Group venues are an ideal gift and
are available from Reception. Vouchers will be individually
drawn up to the value you nominate.
Guest Laundry
Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located on the
south east corner of the hotel ground level. Contact Reception
if you require assistance.
Gymnasium
The gym is open daily from 7am to 9.30pm. Children under the
age of 16 are not allowed in the gym area without the supervision
of an adult. Gym shoes must be worn at all times.
Luggage
For luggage collection, delivery or storage, please contact
Reception and a porter will be pleased to assist.
Mail
Outgoing mail may be left at Reception. Incoming mail will
be delivered to your room each day. If mail is expected after
your departure, we will gladly accept a forwarding address.
Maps
Maps are available for guests to find their way around our
wonderful city. Please contact Reception for a copy.
Newspapers
Newspapers and magazines are available for sale at the news
stand in the foyer. Room delivery can be arranged.
Parking
Limited undercover parking is available adjacent to the bus
station. This area is locked each evening at 11pm and reopened
at 6am. Alternatively, there is a public carpark on the corner
of Seventh Street and Langtree Avenue which charges a fee.
Management advises that guests park their vehicles at their
own risk.
Spa and Sauna
The spa and sauna are located beside the pool in the gymnasium
complex and is open daily from 7am to 9.30pm. Children must
be supervised at all times.
Swimming Pool
Our heated swimming pool is available for use between 7am and
9.30pm each day. Children must be supervised when using the
pool area. Pool towels are available from Reception and should
be returned after use.
Courtyard and Rose Garden
These tranquil and relaxing spaces can be enjoyed by guests
all year round.
Wake-up Calls
The combined clock/radio on your bedside table has an alarm
included. If you prefer, Reception will be happy to call you
at a nominated time.
