Williams are the passion and energy behind the new
face of Seasons (formerly DR1 Bistro at Mildura Grand
Hotel). Seasons is an energetic, buzzing, up market
modern Australian dining space that's brimming with
seasonal fresh produce, sourced from all over Australia
with a great emphasis on seasonality. Abundant, delicious
choices are on offer from the al a carte menu,
or try the daily blackboard specials. Seasons also
offers a 'slow food banquet' option...where our
crew will suggest a selection of dishes reflecting
best seasonal fare on offer, along with matching
of wine with each course. Delightful, vine covered
alfresco dining can also be enjoyed at Seasons
or simply a smart drink at Andy's Wine Bar, you're bound
to sit back, relax and unwind, and maybe even stay
for dinner.
