Bar & Grill
The Spanish Bar & Grill is now owned and
operated by restaurateurs Andy & Mandy Williams,
who took over the restaurant in July 2006 from
the Carrazza family. The Grill is situated along
side Seasons (formerly Stefano de Pieri's dining
room one) at the Quality Hotel Mildura Grand. The
Grill, as it's locally known, offers diners premium
cuts of meat fired on the red gum grill. The Grill
sources its beef and lamb from the local area,
and receives regular deliveries of fresh seafood.
Andy, sommelier of the house, mothers his wine
list with optimum tenderness; generously housing
over 80 wines from around Australia and around
the world.
